Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. Our goal is to provide outstanding care to each patient. Nelia Rocha

Appointment Coordinator

Nelia, who was born in the Azores, has been with our office since 1999. She has worked in the dental field since 1994. Before serving as appointment coordinator, she was involved in the sterilization process.

Nelia enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as sewing, traveling, shopping and baking. She is the oldest of one sister, one brother, one niece and three nephews. She has lived in Santa Clara for over 40 years, since moving to the U.S. as a young child.

Nelia loves getting to know patients, and being able to make a positive difference in their lives.

Karina Dogorov

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Clinical Coordinator

Karina is a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant. She is a graduate of Dental Assisting Program at the San Jose City College, receiving a full scholarship from the American Dental Association. She has been with our office since 2004. She completed orthodontic treatment herself in our office and is extremely happy with her smile. The greatest reward for her is to see our patients at the end of the treatment loving their new smiles.

Karina is originally from Estonia and now lives in Sunnyvale with her husband of 25 years, and their two beautiful sons. In her spare time she loves to read, travel and spend time with family and friends.

Sara Mader

Financial/Treatment Coordinator

Sara was born and raised in Arizona. She moved to California with her father and younger brother in 2009. Today, she currently resides in the Bay Area.

Sara has been in the dental field since 2020. She started her dental career in oral surgery, which further piqued her interest in other dental specialties.

Sara loves anything beauty related and is a licensed esthetician outside of the office. She also loves to be outdoors and enjoys hanging out with her friends and family.

Janmarie Olson

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), Orthodontic Assistant (OA)

Jan grew up in Redwood City with 6 siblings. She attended the College of San Mateo for the Dental Assisting program. She has loved being in the wonderful field of Orthodontics for over 25 yrs. Jan enjoys the confidence she gets to see when our patients have their braces removed. It's surely the most rewarding feeling.

Outside of work Jan enjoys time with her big family and you can always find her hiking in one of our beautiful national parks.

Ashley Galindo

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Ashley is a graduate from the Dental Assisting program in San Jose City College. She enjoys being able to make a difference though a persons smile! She has experience working in general dentistry but orthodontics has definitely been a favorite of hers.

Prior to working in the dental field she was a preschool teacher. She has the biggest heart for the little ones and enjoys being able to help them through their orthodontic experience. Ashley is also bilingual and aside from English she is fluent in Spanish.

In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog named Kona.
