Nelia Rocha
Appointment Coordinator
Nelia, who was born in the Azores, has been with Dr. Aubert since 1999. She has worked in the dental field since 1994. Before serving as appointment coordinator, she was involved in the sterilization process.
Nelia enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as sewing, travelling, shopping and baking. She is the oldest of one sister, one brother, one niece and two nephews. She has lived in Santa Clara for over 30 years, since moving to the U.S. as a young child.
Nelia loves getting to know patients, and being able to make a positive difference in their lives.
Francisca Olivarez

Francisca graduated from a Dental Assisting Program in 1980 and then worked with a children's DDS for five years before moving into orthodontics. Born in Morelia Mich, Mexico, Francisca moved to the U.S. in 1968 as a young girl. She married her high school sweetheart in 1985, and moved to San Jose, eventually settling in Milpitas, where the family currently lives.
She has four children, one son and three daughters ranging in age from 21 to 10. The family also has two cats. Francisca enjoys gardening, reading and overseeing her four children.
Karina Dogorov
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Clinical Coordinator
Karina is a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant. She is a graduate of Dental Assisting Program at the San Jose City College, receiving a full scholarship from the American Dental Association. She also has a Nursing Degree earned in Estonia. She has been on Dr. Aubert's staff since 2004. She recently completed orthodontic treatment herself and is extremely happy with her smile.
Karina lives in Sunnyvale with her husband of 16 years, Andrey, and their two beautiful sons, Adrian and Daniel. In her spare time she loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
